Koflo Corporation was founded on April 4th, 1983 by Frank Federighi and his two sons, Jim and Tony. By following these principles for over twenty years, Koflo has become a leader in the static mixer industry.

Flanged Static Industrial Mixers

Koflo produces a complete line of flanged static industrial mixers made from industrial grade schedules 10 through 40 pipe, in sizes ranging from 3/8"-60" diameter. Their flanged static industrial mixers are custom designed for each application.

  • Construction Materials: Standard materials include carbon steel and 304L/316L stainless steel. Other materials are available upon request.
  • Applications: Suitable for Industrial Applications including chemical blending, water treatment, crude oil blending, custody transfer, pH control.

Hygienic Static Mixers

Koflo manufactures a complete line of sanitary static mixers. The mixer elements are available in two design configurations. The standard blade design is for low to medium viscosity applications. The helical design is uniquely designed for high viscosity blending and/or folding applications. Each of these mixer designs is available in 2-24 element configurations depending on flowrate and viscosity. The internal elements and housing have a #4 sanitary finish. 8 Ra (mirrorlike) finishes are available for ultra critical/pharmaceutical applications.

  • Construction Materials: All sanitary static mixers are constructed of 316L Stainless Steel.
  • Applications: Suitable for flavor or color addition, blend fruits into yogurt, blending fruit juice concentrates and water, carbonate water and syrup for the beverage industry, ice cream, pharmaceutical.

Clear PVC Static Mixers

In response to a growing need for high quality PVC static mixers at a lower price, Koflo has developed the Series 308 PVC Static Mixer. This unit is a clear PVC static mixer, which unlike other static mixers, allows for a visual inspection of the mixed product. All Series 308 static mixers are made in standard 6 element and 12 element configurations.

  • Construction Materials: Clear PVC.
  • Applications: Suitable for the dilution of polymers and flocculants, admixing of water treatment chemicals, pH control, chlorination and ozonation, process control sampling.
