Our Sales Engineer, Craig Bushney recently helped his food industry customer with this bloody big failure. He says "The pump brand is a cheap knock off, with no name plate , that is why it broke" he continued "There were missing grub screws and an overly compressed mechanical seal" which caused the bloody big leak.
Craig went on to joke that "we can just advertise we offer a range of Packo homogeniser pumps that will keep the blood in and the crime scene free of evidence , So if you'r a serial killer, come to us and buy with confidence". Well that is reassuring Craig.
