Netzsch progressive cavity pump (pigtail pump) . This unit is a high pressure pump, pumping seaweed through a fine micron filter, to remove any impurities for face cream . The pump is run off a variable speed drive and is sped up for CIP process . There are no dead spaces in this unit making sure there is zero bacteria build up . This gives our clients peace of mind that the pharmaceutical product they are selling is of the highest quality .
