This Wilden 2" XPS 810 is now fully refurbished and ready for years more service. This pump is a critical for our food industry customer's waste water management, so they needed a quick turnaround. Most Wilden AODD pumps have ball non return vales but the XPS models uses flap valves to allow the passage of solids, up to 50mm for the 810. Additionally the pump runs 24/7/365 so it needs to be reliable, reliability happens to be Wilden's middle name :-) .
The Pump & Machinery team assessed the pump and as it was cost effective to refurbish we fitted genuine Wilden parts, tested it and personally delivered it back to the customer.
