March-Self Priming Pumps

March Manufacturing began in 1954 as a job shop performing precision machining for the aircraft industry.  In 1955, March developed its first pump for removing cooling coil condensation.  Our first magnetic drive pump came out in 1962.  In the late 60’s, March ceased operating in the aircraft industry to concentrate on pumps.

Originally located in Skokie, IL, a suburb of Chicago, March moved in 1968 to Glenview, IL to a larger building to better accomodate the increasing demand for sealless pumps.

The company was founded by William Zimmermann.  Since the beginning, March has been managed by the Zimmermann family, and  continues today.

Netzsch Drum Unloaders

NEMO® Barrel Emptying Pumps suction themselves automatically to the bottom of the barrel or container to achieve almost residue-free emptying in the chemical, pharmaceutical and foods industries. The heart of the Barrel Emptying System is a volumetrically conveying NEMO® Progressing Cavity Pump. When the NEMO® Pump is started, a vacuum is created under the follower plate. This then simultaneously puts slight pressure on the substance in order to guarantee constant suction in the pump.

Features of NEMO® Barrel Emptying Pumps:

  • very gentle conveyance
  • nearly residual-free emptying
  • conveyance also of compacted products
  • conveyance of solids

NEMO® Barrel Emptying Pumps offer you:

  • conveyance volume in proportion to rotation speed
  • constant low-pulsation conveyance
  • high efficiency
  • low life cycle costs combined with easy serviceability

Everything from a single supplier!
Our broad product portfolio makes it possible for us to design complete dosing systems for you. Take advantage of our many years of experience and know-how.

JEC Sanitary Twin Screw Pumps
  1. Why Choose a Twin Screw Pump?

The twin screw pumps offer a great feature that they can operate over a large speedrange. With this feature, these pumps can have a dual function in hygienic application pumping the product at low speed and the CIP fluid at high speed so No additional CIP pump is needed. Due to the design, the twin screw pump can deliver a pulsation free flow on low viscosity product (<1cP), volatile and gaseous fluids. Also as a result of the design these pumps are able to create a high vacuum causing the pump to be self-priming. The JEC twin screw pump is developed according the highest hygienic specification such as EHEDG and 3A and fulfils the utmost hygienic and efficiency requirements for the most delicate hygienic applications!

JEC Sanitary Twin Screw Pumps

Applications Twin Screw Pump

  • To pump structure sensitive products
  • Pumping fluids with solids
  • Multiple use, operate at low capacities with low RPM's and high RPM’s for CIP cleaning
  • For applications where high viscous products, as well as low viscous products need to be pumped under high pressure.
  • Applications where you need a pulsation free flow

Koflo Static Mixers

Koflo Corporation was founded in 1983 with the intent of offering the highest quality static mixers at competitive prices and a family-oriented commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Made in the US of A, the koflo team pride themselves on service and quality. Through a constant dedication to these principles for over twenty-five years, Koflo has become a leader in the global static mixer industry.

In November of 1990, Koflo constructed its current manufacturing facility in Cary, Illinois, a far northwest suburb of Chicago. This unique location has afforded Koflo the ability to attract employees with a strong work ethic, and at the same time utilize the vast wealth of resources available from nearby Chicago.

In the ensuing years many changes have taken place within the industrial marketplace. One major change was the requirement of "just in time" delivery. In response to this change, Koflo increased inventory levels of both standard OEM mixers and individual mixer components. An inventory program was also created for a majority of our OEM customers with specific mixer needs.

For chemical injection Koflo specify injection quills based on application.

There are many different applications for static mixers such as: water, dosing, chemicals, petroleum, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, waste water, gases, etc.

Before we can select the right mixer we will need to understand your application and in particular: flow, pressure, viscosity, blend ratio, temperature, hygiene requirements, pipework and flange requirements, etc. Give the Pump & machinery team a call and we will do our best to help.

Sulzer Process Pumps

The Sulzer range of single-stage pumps and 2 stage pumps can be designed either using the end suction overhang impeller design method, or the impeller between bearing design method. These pumps comply with either ISO 5199 / ISO 2858, ASME B73.1 or API 610 standards and guarantee reliable pumping processes.

Sulzer Process Pumps

API 610 / ISO 13709 international standard specifies requirements for overhung, between-bearings and vertically-suspended centrifugal pumps used in petroleum, petrochemical and gas industry process services.

CPE ANSI pumps are specifically designed to exceed the strictest energy regulations for all industries as well as the requirements of ASME B73.1. With revolutionary hydraulics and high efficiency, they offer the lowest life cycle costs.

CPT chemical end suction single stage centrifugal pumps are used for demanding industrial applications to ensure process reliability, high efficiency and low operating costs. ASME B73.1 standard covers centrifugal pumps of horizontal, end suction single stage, centerline discharge design, including dimensional interchangeability requirements and certain design features to facilitate installation and maintenance.

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Rotary lobe pumps are equally suitable for low and high-viscous media. Due to their large free ball passage and low rotational speed they are relatively tolerant to blockage and solid materials in the medium. Varying solid content and thereby caused pressure variations are no factor to the flow. Their performance capacity is higher than that of many other positive displacement pumps of the same type. As energy is the most decisive factor of life cycle costs this is one of the most important benefits of this pump technology.

NETZSCH Lobe Pumps

Delivery characteristics of a rotary lobe pump

  • Flow rate up to 1000 m³/h
  • Pressure up to 10 bar
  • Speed: up to 500 rpm
  • Free ball passage: up to 70 mm
